It’s been a busy year in our office! I wanted to update you on some of the things we’ve been doing.
REMODEL
We remodeled our office for you! Thank you for your patience as we’ve updated our office to provide a comfortable, welcoming space for you as parents, for your children, and our team too! We anticipate wrapping up the final touches in the next couple of months. Some of the updates include ….
- New carpet
- New paint
- New cabinets and countertops
- New visual theme—local artist, Lindsay Huss will be painting a mural in our waiting room
WEBSITE
Not a physical update – but a digital one! We updated our logo and we have a new website to help you learn about us. You can find information on our services, schedule an appointment, read educational content and see our videos! Please take a moment to “surf” around it!

TEAM
You’ve probably noticed some new faces at our office. We are very selective when it comes to hiring friendly, talented professionals whom we know will take amazing care of your kids. Our team is committed to helping our young patients trust the dental experience and develop good oral habits.
As part of the remodel, we have added a “spotlight” on our info board to let you get to know us better.
ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE
With sensitivity to uncertainties in the modern economy, we are working to find ways to make finances more user friendly in our office.
One of the greatest stresses for all of us comes from figuring out dental insurance benefits. We are committed to providing the highest quality care based upon what we would do for our own children, and we don’t want financial issues to be a barrier to that care. We already have CareCredit as a payment option; however, within the next month, we will be starting a new in-office discount plan that will provide an alternative to traditional dental insurance. Our hope is that as families experience changes—job, life, or other—this plan will provide a way to maintain our relationship and relieve stress for parents.
In addition, we are putting our accounts through a reconciliation process to be certain that insurance benefits have been accurately assigned with past appointments and that any refunds or balances due are correctly addressed in the next 90 days. GROWTH
We are always grateful for feedback and suggestions for ways we can grow as an office. Likewise, we appreciate your referrals. As I noted already, one of the highest compliments we can receive is when you send your family and friends to us. Thanks for trusting us and thanks for helping us grow.
